We hope you are happy with everything you buy, however, if there is anything that does not meet your needs or expectation, you may return the item to us within 30 days of receiving it. Please keep in mind that
- Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund to your original method of payment.
- Items must be unused and returned in original packaging.
- Original shipping charge is not refundable once the order has been shipped.
- You may be responsible for the return shipping if the return is not due to Product Damage/Shipping Issue/Product Defect.
Once the returned package is delivered to us, a refund will be credited back to your original method of payment and will post approximately 1-3 business days. An email notification will be sent to you after the return is processed. Depending on your card bank, it may take 5~7 business days for the funds to show up in your account.
