Sometimes, you may receive multiple packages for a single order. This typically occurs for two main reasons:
- Order Fulfillment from Multiple Warehouses: To ensure faster delivery times and optimize shipping costs, we fulfill orders from different third-party warehouses. Sometimes items from an order may run out of stock on different warehouses resulting no singer warehouse can fulfill the whole order. Then items from different warehouses will be shipped separately.
- Packaging Size Limitations: Due to the size or shape of certain items, they may not fit into a single package. In such cases, we'll divide the order into multiple packages to ensure safe and secure delivery.
We strive to minimize the number of packages for each order to reduce shipping costs and inconvenience. However, in some instances, multiple packages may be necessary to ensure timely delivery and protect your items during transportation.
