Can I add more items to my order?

We are sorry to inform you that we are unable to modify your orders by adding in or taking items out of it once it is placed.

We work hard to process your order quickly to get your items out for delivery as soon as possible. Once your order is placed from the website, it is automatically sent to 3rd fulfillment centers for processing, and we are not be able to make any changes at that point.

If you'd like to cancel the existing order and place a new one with the items you'd like to receive, please contact our customer support at support@lingsmoment.com so they can check whether it is still possible to cancel the order.
